We the Viaduct Committee, beg leave t report that on the 2nd day of August, 1901, we entered into the attached agreement with the T & P. Ry Co. Whereby a modification of the original contract had witht he T & R. Ry. Co in relation to the construction of the viaduct, was made.

The agreement is self exlanatory and we recommend that the same be adopted and ratified by the council and that same be ade a part of the original contact

We, Your Committee, to whom was referred the attached petition beg to report that we have investigated the matter and find the grounds refered to in the petition in fair sanitary condition and would recommend that the sanitary offices be instructed to keep a close watch over the premises to the end that they may not become offensive.
