Mayor Powell-

Will the City Council please give us permission 15 open up the alley back of Chambers Avenue between 17th Street and the next cross street.

It is obstructed by a few half grown trees and smaller growth. A colored man will do the work for the wood in the trees so will be no expense to the city and add greatly

to our convenience. We have the only house on our side and Mrs Cameron is on the other side.
