To The honorable Mayor and Board of Alderman Ft Worth
Gentlemen
There is a Block of Land in the ___________ vicinity of Palks Stock yard owned By the Ft. Worth & New orleans R.R.Co and is Bounded on the East By Said R.R. on the South Ry Luda St on the West By Calhoun st on the North By Ireland St the same has Been converted into a Stock Pen and is Kept continualy full of horses and the Dust and Stench therefrom is not only offensive in the Extreme But detrimental to the Sanitary condition of this portion of the City Now therefore We the undesigned Citizens and Tax Payers of Said Vicinity do Respectfully Petition your honorable Body to have or cause to have said Nuisance Removed at once signed.
