Enclosed please find a sketch of the ground at the corner of Ash and Sycamore Aves., about which you made some enquiry last season.

One Deed 2.00
Grad'g, sod'g, posts
set, and no. cut, complete 275.00 @ $375.00

J.T. Bradlee Esq. Prest.

Dear Sir,

In view of the isolated position of our buildings, I would recommend the consideration of purchase of some of the many "Extinguishers" or small Engines in the market.

Also an attachment for hose to the faucet in "Reception House"

I enclose such documents as I have obtained from various sources on the subject.

The buildings I refer to are 1 - Reception House - 2-Carpenter shop - 3 -Stone Farm buildings - 4 - Engine House (perhaps) The Green Hos. have hose attached now.)

Resp'y C.W. Folsom Supt. Per E.T.K.
