Mr. I.H. Silsby of Newton owns 3 lots on Lawn Ave,

2941, 322 [feet]

[total] 960 ft
He now wishes to rearrange these lots, so as to give two front lots on Lawn ave of 300 ft each, and the Galanthus 360 ft in the rear lot.

The rear lot has been posted to suit the "shelf" made in filling, about as shown in

2 red lines on enclosed tracing, (which please preserve carefully as it is his property) but it will now have to be reposted, something as shown by the blue ^dotted line, with a new post at X instead of the one at Y. (I do not think it an object to change those at e f g as the ground there is useless to any one.)

Will you please make a rearrangement of the land he now owns on paper
