John T. Bradlee, Esq Prest.

Dear Sir,

In conversation with Mr. Stephen G. Deblois last Saturday I understood him to say that on the whole he was satisfied with the present access to Coleus Path, (by a small path from Woodbine,) and^that he agreed with me in thinking it on the whole a more convenient access from carriages at a funeral than it would be down a flight of steps; he also said he thought it probably exposed his lot less to the risk of being run over by intruders than the steps would near his lot. He authorized me to state the above on his views.

very truly yours C.W. Folsom Supt

A.W. Lamson Esq.

Dear Sir

In reply to yours of would say in regard to building tombs, the expense was $873.11 which should probably be equally divided, also expense of setting posts and cutting numbers which was $32.00

The retaining wall is charged as 55 ft long and the cost was $505.83

[diagram: 55ft wall facing lots 4145 (23ft wide) and 4146 (25ft wide) with measurements in between]

I should say the proper shares would be in about the rates

of 26 1/2 and 28 1/2, thus charging each for [?] the wall opposite the passage ways, say Lot #4145, $243.72 #4146, $262.11

The elevation of the wall is in this form

[diagram: wall elevation ]

The measurements having been taken at equal distances, showing that the two halves have about the same solid contents.

The grading & sodding including material furnished is charged at $176.11 and as the Lots are of the same amt, it would be proper to divide the item equally.
