Dear Sir

Your note is received The fence on lot #798 is an iron picket fence it is badly broken and needs painting.

What we propose doing if the fence is removed is to rehamm-er the granite corner posts cut the numbers of the lot remove the other posts and sod over the holes from whence they are taken.

Very respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt. pr J.G.S.

Dear Madam

In regard to your inquiry as to the headstone of Wm H. Cunningham in lot #477 I find that to relead it will cost $2- There is a small monument and another headstone in the lot that have not proper foundations. To build them would cost$9-

Dear Sir

In regard to your inquiry as to the condition of your tomb. I find that the cap has moved away from the arch. The curbing is connected with the cap and it will be considerable of a job to put it right- I would suggest that the next time you are at the cemetery you get the foreman to go to the lot with you to explain the situation and give estimate

Very respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt.

James Sands Esq 22 Exchange Place Boston

Dear Sir

The Watson lot needs to be regraded and soddedalthough if it is cared for it may go for a year longeer. The cost would be $25The headstone that is out of plumb could be made all right by building a proper foundation under it. That would cost $3.60

Very respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt. pr J.G.S.

Messrs McKenzie Paterson Quincy

Dear Sirs

In regard to the lettering on the step for Mr Babcocks lot there has been some talk of the lot going under perpetual care but I have not heard of any such lettering on the steps as now proposed. Some years ago the committee voted to remove all signs from the lots and none have been admitted since then

Very respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt. pr J.G.S.
