Dr. Geo W. Brown Baltimore Md

Dear Sir

Your note is received We would be very sorry to permit an interment where the parties have not a just title. In cases where there are several heirs anyone heir has the right to order an interment in the lot and we have no right to refuse to make it

In the present case I understand that there were several heirs and in case of the death of anyone of them their right would survive to their children or other heirs --

I will be very much obliged if you will give me a list of the original heirs and in case of those since deceased their child-ern or heirs by will or otherwise

Very respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt. pr J.G.S.

Dear Madam

The fence on the Harvard lot 481 is in an unsightly condition. Very many of the proprietors are removing their fences which is considered an improvement besides avoiding the constant expense for keeping them in order.

The fence on the Foster part of the lot has been removed If you will consent to the removal of the part on your side. The work can be done the corner posts rehammered and the number of the lot cut for the old material

Mrs Jarvis Williams E. Acton

Dear Madam

The vase could be left where it is now and some of the branches trained to sun on the curbing. As it lies now it covers about 100 square ft of the lot where of course the sod is [?] and if the woodbine is all removed [?] the curbing that would be resodded. There is also a small place rear of the monument open. The cost of sodding all would be $7.50
