To the Honorable City Council of Fort Worth, Texas:
The undersigned, hereby request the extension of the sewer from a point on Lipscomb Street, south of Magnolia Avenue, direct East to their respective premises, being a distance of four hundred feet, and hereby agree to deposit the sum of Eighty Dollars to defray expenses of laying same, said sum to be refunded to us from water rents paid by us as they accrue.
The amount of said sum to be advanced be each of us is set opposite our names, respectively.

To the Honorable City Council of Forth Worth:
The undersigned petitioners respectfully represent that they are the owners of lots of land abutting on East. 14th Street in the city of Fort Worth, Texas, and that the said street is obstructed by houses and fences which interfere with the use of said street and the use and enjoyment of their property.
The undersigned, therefore, petition your honorable body to cause the obstructions in said street to be removed and said street to be opened.
