The Socialist Club desires space in city Park during the hot weather and will supply their own seats and stand.

Ive only wish a shady place away from where it will interfere with other affairs

Gentlemen.

The City sewer with its accompaning filh again flooded the basement of the lot on Houston St known as 911 on that street in the City of Fort Worth County of Tarrant state of Texas otherwise known as lot 3 Block 114 in that city state & county & he hereby gives you notice to sue for such damage & other relief as he may be entitlted to & he hereunder subscribes himself.

I ask you owner of I and lot which was flooded to a depth of 18" on the above date & has from time to time been flooded by the neglect and made a of above Mayor & City Council through their continued neglect for over four years now last I ask & their incompetence in the matter & determine to inflict such damage unlawfully J A R
