Dr Sir
It will cost you to put your lot in good order - that is to grade, sode, repair posts, clean posts & paint about $70 - Two of the Freestone posts are broken & to replace these would cost I think not less than $25

Dear Sir
I have your favor of the 22nd inst in regard to setting a freestone monument. The base I learn is not here.
I can furnish you four men who are used to such work & a derrick, to work under your own direction at $15 if you take wish of damage. The die must be rolled part way I think & the derrick will lift it into place. Please give me a few days notice should you want our men
Respectfuly J.W. Lovering
Dear Sir:
If the graves were mounded before, I suppose we should mound them now at our expense. It will be necessary for you to point out the position of the graves
