It appears "City" has ben struck through on item 27 in the document. Should it be struck through in the transcription? If so, that may need to be done by the person who reviews this.

"Actg Mayor" appears directly below "U.R. Niesz" in the original, but would fall below "C.W. Ferris" here. Please correct as needed.

I have several corrections. Cheif should be Chief. Date June 27 should be Jan. 27 as per date in numbers at top of page. In paragraph Gentlemen ……reactive should be relative. Also the transcriber has left out a no of commas.

The sum toward the bottom of this letter looks here to be $1783.57; however, upon zooming in and comparing the text to that of the previous letter, it is believed to be $1783.52 and has been entered as such here.

Great questions! Words in stationary letterhead do not need to be transcribed. For words broken up as originally written, it works fine to just transcribe the word in full.

Hello, and so sorry for the late reply! I think what you've done works well - using the "|" to indicate columns is a great way to separate the text on these pages. Thank you for asking!

I wasn't sure if you wanted this in columns, so I guess that it is easier taking out the columnar symbols than putting them in. Please let me know how to do this for future transcription. Thank you.

Hello. I am very interested in transcribing these pages and wondered how you would like me to transcribe these tables. Should I just use the table protocols used in other projects (using the "|" bar to delineate columns)?

9112_01_1897_Page_01 This page is out of order: it is P 142 in the book but it belongs with the 1893 minutes of Columbia Town rather than in the 1897 minutes. I think that P 143 and P 144 are already in the 1893 minutes. Stevie
