Trustees. .

Boston. The Trustees met pursuant to adjournment, and without any formal action adjourned to meet at the office of the Secretary at at which time and place were present Messrs Bigelow, B.R. Curtis, Gould Parker and Tisdale. The Treasurer's report for the year ending . was presented, but not yet audited. Thereupon Voted. That the said reported be accepted, when it shall have been approved by the Auditor.

Adjourned, without day. A true record Attest. Henry M. Parker. Secretary.

Proprietors. 1851.

Mount Auburn Cemetery - The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, will be held at the office of the subscriber in Boston, at No 46 Washington street on to choose Trustees for the ensuing year, to hear the report of the Treasurer, and to act on any other business which may legally come before the said meeting. Boston. Henry M. Parker. Secretary.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was published in the Boston Daily Advertiser, a newspaper printed in the City of Boston, more than seven days in succession before the said time of meeting, the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the time and place designated in said notice. A quorum having assembled. the President, Dr Bigelow, took the chair.

The Treasurer's report was presented, and read and ordered to be recorded when it shall have first been approved by the Auditor as ordered by the Trustees.

Dear Sir,

At the meeting of the Trustees of Mount Auburn held this day, Mr Bowditch for the Comee on Lots presented the report of the Comee upon the subject of the vote adopted at the February meeting, relating to the fund for the care of the Story lot, and the balance of the fund in the hand of the Treasurer for the Story Statue.

The report was accepted; and the following is a copy of the vote adopted thereon.

"That so much of the subject of the Committee's report as relates to the balance of the [Joseph Story Statue|Story Statue]] fund be recommitted, with authority to obtain the consent of the living subscribers of that fund for the disposition of said balance."
